terms of service

By ordering a commission,
you're confirming that you've read the Terms of Service and agree with it.
Please read all the information carefully.

- custom design (with description/photo refs)
Only front view - $150
Front and back – $200
-custom outfit design (with refs of the character and rough refs for outfit) fullrender – $130, sketch – $90I will NOT do:
-NSFW
-Mecha
-Furry
-Taboo/Illegal content (the content references taboo topics such as pedophilic acts, hateful speech, and others).
I reserve any right to decline a commission if I decide to.PAYMENT METHOD- lava.top (paypal) is preferred- Full prepayment before I start drawing. No refunds.
- If payment has not been made within 2 days, the commission will be put on hold and I will move on to the next customer.
- The customer also pays for payment service fees (8% of the price for lava.top) Above is a base price without the fee.Please note that the final price will depend on the complexity of the work and may be increased.Price may be increased for:- Work according to description without references (+50% of base price)
- Extra version of the art
- Very complicated character design
- Weapons/armor
- Animals/pets

TIMEFRAME/WAITING TIME:- Commissions can take from 2 weeks up to 2 months after payment, unless a different time limit has been discussed personally with the customer.How to order a commission:Email me via [email protected]Please send as many references and details as possible about what you’d like for your commission: art, character design sheet, written descriptions, mood, setting, or pose are perfectly acceptable and recommended.After that I accept your request, full commission price is paid to me and I move on to sending you a sketch (or multiple, if it's custom outfit design, work on sketch takes usually ~ 2 weeks!), upon which you will provide feedback. At this stage, you can make big edits like composition, pose etc.When the artwork is finished, further revisions are limited, high number of edits (up to 5) cost extra (up to 10% of commission full price)The artwork as a high resolution digital file (JPG, PNG) is turned over to you via email, Google Drive or whichever method the client prefers.ARTWORK USAGE:I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork on other sites for portfolio purposes. You are not permitted to sell it, edit or claim credit.I don't allow the use of my art for training AI/ML models.You may use the image for non-commercial purposes (posting the finished artwork in your profiles, using it as an icon of your profile, print it for private use).But please credit me, I'll be very greatful!Commercial use might be charged 2 times the original price.Looking forward to working with you!
